2 mars - Dr. Seuss dagen

Firas på Dr. Seuss eller Theodor Seuss Geisels födelsedag (överraskande som fan!), han skulle ha fyllt 112 i år. Dr. Seuss skrev och illustrerade sammanlagt 46 barnböcker och är en av de mest kända barnboksförfattarna i engelskspråkig litteratur, i Sverige blev han dock inte särskilt stor.

Jag hade aldrig hört talas om Dr. Seuss förrän filmer som "How the grinch stole chrstmas" eller "Cat in the hat" gick på bio och jag bodde ändå på barnboksavdelningen som liten.

Läser på om Dr. Seuss och kommer på att han är något av ett geni/rebell, han la till Dr. i sitt författarnamn för att hans pappa alltid hade velat att han skulle bli läkare, ett solklart drag.

Tänkte att jag skulle fira genom att titta på film, närmare bestämt "Horton hears a Who" och sakta men säkert klunka i mig tillräckligt mycket juice för att bli frisk tills imorgon.
